About the Role

Elm Company is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead frontend development initiatives for its Government Digital Products portfolio. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality user interfaces and digital experiences. The Senior Consultant will support growing demands across multiple products, ensuring sustainable frontend delivery capabilities and improving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and responsive frontend applications.
Establish frontend development standards, frameworks, and best practices, ensuring technical consistency across solutions.
Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, designing reusable UI components aligned with enterprise standards.
Lead frontend delivery activities for new product features and enhancements, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Support quality assurance practices, conduct code reviews, and ensure solutions meet usability, accessibility, security, and performance requirements.
Monitor and optimize frontend application performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver integrated digital solutions and resolve complex implementation challenges.
Define and maintain frontend development standards, promote modern frameworks, and support capability development through knowledge sharing.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in frontend development processes and evaluate new technologies.

Adhere to all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions.
Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with information security practices and standards to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
