About the Role

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a Senior Design Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing and integrating architectural design processes to align various asset types with the client's innovative vision for projects. The Senior Design Manager will lead a creative team, ensuring quality and design excellence, and will collaborate closely with the Project Director and other key stakeholders to deliver projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design scope and manage project scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and established standards.
• Direct the integration of design packages, emphasizing safety within all design efforts.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across all project phases, from initial concept development to final execution.
• Create comprehensive design documentation, including architectural sets and detailed reports.
• Supervise architecture and design staff, providing strategic guidance on design initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Thorough knowledge of architectural typologies and design principles, particularly for public spaces.
• Experience with large-scale, multidisciplinary projects is highly preferred.
