The Opportunity: Senior ELV/ICT Commissioning Engineer

Energy Homeland is seeking a Senior ELV/ICT Commissioning Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and serves as a senior technical reference for ICT and ELV systems on our projects. The position demands strong technical depth, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to operate confidently in client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical input across the ICT/ELV scope.
• Review and assess design documents, submittals, shop drawings, and O&M manuals.
• Develop, manage, and execute project plans, test procedures, and verification activities.
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, main contractors, and specialist subcontractors.
• Prepare technical reports, observation logs, and project deliverables to a high professional standard.
• Represent EHL in design reviews, technical meetings, and client presentations.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal technical development.

Technical Scope of Work

The role involves providing expert technical input across a comprehensive range of ICT and ELV systems, including but not limited to:

• CCTV
• Access Control
• PA (Public Address) systems
• BMS interfaces
• Fire Alarm coordination
• Structured Cabling (Cat6/Fiber)
• IP networks

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:

• A proven track record on large-scale commercial, institutional, or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent technical writing, reporting, and client-facing communication skills.
