Senior ELV/ICT Engineer

About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking a Senior ELV/ICT Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in ELV and ICT systems, particularly within hospitality projects and high-rise buildings. The role involves overseeing ELV works on site, coordinating with project teams, and reviewing engineering submittals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, comment on, and approve contractors’ ELV engineering submittals.
• Evaluate contractors’ construction documents, including pre-qualifications, proposals, Method Statements, ITPs, ELV materials, shop drawings, and technical details submissions.
• Respond to contractors’ RFIs related to ELV works.
• Coordinate with the project senior team across other disciplines to ensure proper integration of work.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure the proper execution of ELV works by the contractor.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in ELV engineering.
• Proven experience in hospitality projects and high-rise buildings.
• Strong technical knowledge of ICT and Security Systems.
• Demonstrated experience in reviewing engineering submittals.
• Experience in coordinating with contractors and project teams.
• Proven ability to supervise ELV works on site.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within project teams and conducting site visits to ensure project standards are met.
