Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Delivery Management to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the successful delivery of technology and digital products, projects, and services from their initial stages through to production.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager - Delivery Management acts as a central liaison, bridging communication and collaboration between various stakeholders including business teams, product teams, technology teams, vendors, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, and executive management. This position is responsible for the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that all aspects such as scope, budget, quality, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations are managed effectively. The primary objective is to ensure successful feature delivery and the realization of business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business and product teams.
• Coordinate solution design with architects.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance teams.
• Manage vendor contracts and statements of work.
• Develop and maintain the delivery roadmap.
• Track and report on development progress.
• Identify and remove blockers affecting delivery teams.
• Oversee testing and release activities.
• Ensure successful production deployment.
• Monitor post-production issues.
• Report delivery status to executive management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in delivery management within a technology or digital product environment. A proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating diverse teams is essential.
