About the Role

Vialto Partners is seeking a Senior Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves overseeing complex immigration cases and client relationships, providing legal guidance, and managing a team of caseworkers and junior attorneys. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, addressing queries and providing legal guidance for their immigration needs.
• Analyze complex ideas or proposals and develop a range of meaningful recommendations.
• Utilize multiple sources of information, including broader stakeholder views, to develop solutions and recommendations.
• Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making processes.
• Develop a point of view on key global trends and their impact on clients.
• Manage diverse viewpoints to build consensus and achieve positive outcomes for all parties.
• Manage and resolve issues and escalations arising from complex case matters.
• Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points for clarity.
• Manage multiple and challenging country business immigration engagements to deliver client requirements.
• Oversee caseworkers and junior attorneys in case management and the application of immigration law.
• Manage client relationships by ensuring accurate and appropriate legal options are provided and discussed.
• Review applications and work from junior team members, providing sign-off before submission.
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required for this Senior Manager position.
