Takamol Holding is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for managing and leading project operations to ensure successful delivery in line with established company standards and objectives.

The Role

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned project operations, encompassing resourcing, formal project controls, quality assurance, and adherence to contractual requirements. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are managed effectively and delivered on-time, within budget, and as per the defined project case. Key activities include coordinating project mobilization and leading the development of essential project documentation such as the project initiation document, scope, deliverables, and resource plans to facilitate successful project progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project mobilization activities, leading the development of the project initiation document, project scope, deliverables, and project and resource plans to successfully initiate the project and facilitate progress monitoring.
• Identify risk areas and immediate or structural obstacles impeding successful project implementation, taking corrective actions or escalating issues as required to minimize risk and ensure project success.
• Manage and review the design and implementation of formal project controls and other quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to company standards, risk minimization, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in identifying key lessons from past and ongoing projects, translating insights into improvement recommendations to provide input into the development of business cases and plans, and ensure project integrity and direction.
• Cooperate closely with stakeholders and project sponsors, managing the development of communication plans to ensure effective information sharing and facilitated stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management.
• PMP Certificate.
