Senior Revenue Campaigns Specialist

About the Role

JACO is seeking a Senior In-App Events & Campaigns Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on developing and managing interactive campaigns, competitions, and events designed to enhance user engagement, participation, and revenue growth within the application. The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle of in-app events, from planning and coordination to execution and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for in-app events and competitions that align with user interests and business objectives.
• Design event scenarios, participation rules, scoring systems, rewards, timelines, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and timely launches.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify event functionality, eligibility rules, rankings, and reward distribution.
• Monitor live events, address operational issues, and coordinate winner announcements and reward distribution.
• Analyze event performance, user engagement, spending, conversion, and revenue impact to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare event reports and recommend improvements based on performance data and user feedback.
• Leverage AI tools to support event ideation, content creation, data analysis, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in social media applications, digital campaigns, event operations, user engagement, or revenue growth.
• Experience coordinating with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Understanding of gamification, user behavior, and in-app spending mechanics.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, project tracking tools, and data analysis.
• Ability to prepare operational plans, requirements documents, and performance reports.
• Proficiency in AI tools and the ability to evaluate their outputs effectively.
• Experience in live streaming, digital entertainment, or in-app purchases is preferred.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
