About the Role

The Cigna Group is seeking a SME Client Manager Saudi National to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing a portfolio of existing Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) accounts, focusing on client retention and service excellence within the GCC region.

Role Purpose and Objectives

As an SME Client Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a book of business for existing SME accounts. This includes resolving complex customer issues, identifying improvements to prevent recurring problems, and educating clients on plan design and renewal options. You will complete day-to-day Account Management tasks with a focus on forward planning and anticipating client needs and potential issues, while also resolving non-routine issues escalated from partners and clients.

Reporting to the Head of SME Client Management, key objectives for this role include:

Managing a portfolio of SME clients across the GCC.
Engaging regularly with brokers and clients.
Providing service and support to brokers and clients with a focus on business excellence.
Conducting strategic meetings on topics such as retention rate, success, and challenges.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively manage and negotiate renewals for the SME portfolio by executing annual renewal strategies and optimizing rate action and profitability.
Understand Compliance requirements in the GCC and proactively identify any Compliance risk for brokers and clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients through regular communication via email, field-based meetings, or telephone.
Conduct strategic face-to-face meetings on a quarterly basis with brokers, including their management, to review retention rates, successes, and challenges.
Lead day-to-day enquiries for the assigned portfolio, working with internal stakeholders to resolve issues within agreed timelines.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities throughout the year with existing groups.
Manage databases, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately, including Salesforce, with a minimum of 98% accuracy.
Oversee the entire renewal process for the assigned portfolio and achieve financial targets set annually.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess the following:

Saudi National.
5-10 years of experience in client management, account management, or a related field, preferably within the insurance or healthcare sector.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and negotiate renewals effectively.
Strong understanding of compliance requirements within the GCC region.
Proficiency in database management, particularly Salesforce, with a commitment to data accuracy.
