SME Digital Payments & Partnerships Manager

About the Role

Innovations Global is seeking an experienced SME Digital Payments & Partnerships Manager to drive digital payment propositions, partnerships, and implementation for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). This contract position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers a salary of SAR 25,000 per month.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing digital payment solutions tailored for SMEs. This involves creating business cases, fostering strategic partnerships, and overseeing the full lifecycle of solution implementation and post-launch support. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business cases, proposals, and commercial models for SME digital payment solutions.
• Manage partnerships with banks, fintechs, processors, and payment providers.
• Support solutions focused on expense management, virtual card issuance, and card controls.
• Coordinate implementation, integrations, testing, and product launches with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage partner onboarding, post-launch support, adoption, and performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in SME/business banking, digital payments, commercial cards, fintech partnerships, card issuing/processing, or BaaS.
• Hands-on experience with expense management, virtual cards, and card controls.
• Understanding of embedded finance, BaaS, and the Saudi banking/fintech ecosystem.
• Experience managing solutions from pre-sales through implementation and launch.
• Professional fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Knowledge of SAMA requirements is considered an advantage.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a contract basis.
