The Role of Social Media Manager

Pectiv is seeking a Social Media Manager for a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing the brand's presence across social media channels, ensuring consistent communication and engagement. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in social media management.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish content across PECTIV®’s social media channels.
Ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging in all social media communications.
Manage social media calendars and schedule posts effectively.
Monitor performance metrics and analyze campaign results.
Optimize campaigns to grow audience engagement and brand awareness.
Respond to comments and messages from the audience.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on content and strategy.
Support influencer and partnership initiatives.
Stay updated on current social media trends and best practices.
Propose new ideas to enhance reach and engagement.
Align social media activities with overall marketing objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in social media management.
Demonstrated ability to plan, create, and publish engaging social media content.
Experience in managing social media calendars and monitoring performance.
Proficiency in optimizing social media campaigns for audience growth and brand awareness.
Strong communication skills for interacting with audiences and internal teams.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Social Media Manager will work within the marketing team, contributing to the brand's digital presence and engagement efforts.
