About the Role

Dr Scent SA is seeking a Social Media Specialist to lead digital marketing activities within the Saudi market. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires proficiency in Arabic to effectively engage with the local audience and market dynamics.

Role Overview

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for driving Dr. Scent's digital presence and brand growth in Saudi Arabia. This involves managing social media platforms, executing paid advertising campaigns, and fostering relationships with key market influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand Dr. Scent's social media presence across platforms in Saudi Arabia.
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
• Develop, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
• Oversee online communities, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain high levels of customer engagement.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with Saudi influencers, content creators, media partners, and agencies.
• Collaborate with Dr. Scent's Head Office in the United Arab Emirates to ensure alignment with regional marketing strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Demonstrated ability in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Proficiency in planning and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience with influencer marketing and community management.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring market trends and campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, with native-level Arabic speaking ability required.
• Ability to prepare detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations.
