Spanish Speaker / Finance Manager

About the Role

GlobalSync-Services is seeking an experienced Spanish Speaker / Finance Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for supporting financial planning, cost control, and operational performance within a capital-intensive business environment. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and models to assess business performance.
• Oversee cost control, accounting functions, and CAPEX/OPEX analysis.
• Provide support for concession financial management and contract evaluation.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and decision-making processes.
• Lead and support a dedicated finance team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in finance management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, operating cost models, and CAPEX/OPEX management.
• High proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. If Spanish proficiency is not at a bilingual level, prior experience working within a Spanish culture is necessary.
• Big Four audit experience is considered an advantage.
