About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Stakeholder Interface Engineer for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves serving as the primary contact for external parties, managing expectations, and ensuring effective communication and coordination across all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder register, including contact persons, terms of reference, MoUs, and agreements.
  • Act as the primary liaison with all external parties, understanding their needs and issues, and managing their expectations.
  • Establish and monitor interface protocols between stakeholders and third parties to optimize program setup and project delivery.
  • Engage with key third-party stakeholders affected by project works to understand their needs and concerns, maintaining effective relationships and reporting to RCRC.
  • Develop an Interface Management Plan, detailing methods and processes for identification, development, and agreement with third parties.
  • Manage interfaces and ensure all necessary approvals and permits for the project are sought and obtained.
  • Track authority approvals, monitor progress, escalate issues, expedite resolutions, and mitigate risks.
  • Handle all communication with the client and key stakeholders regarding authority issues.
  • Produce and maintain standardized documents and regular reports for senior management and other stakeholders, reflecting key issues, risks, resolutions, and performance.
  • Issue monthly stakeholder reports.
  • Support the Procurement and Contracts department.
  • Ensure a collaborative approach within the team to facilitate planning and delivery of interface works, addressing all issues and implementing appropriate interventions.
  • Manage and coordinate the timely dissemination of information to all relevant parties.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with Hill International's Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and interface protocols.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery processes and authority approval procedures.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires active engagement with various internal and external parties to ensure project success.
