Store Manager

About the Role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Store Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for overseeing supermarket operations to ensure seamless service delivery, maximize sales and profitability, optimize stock management, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. The Store Manager will also be responsible for implementing and overseeing action plans for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of MAF Retail’s supermarket plans in alignment with strategies and procedures, in collaboration with Head Office and Corporate Office.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate commercial performance and provide recommendations for increasing profitability and sales turnover.
• Maximize sales and profitability by effectively controlling costs within budgetary guidelines.
• Review and analyze stock and sales reports, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Initiate and ensure the application of comparative studies between departments to contribute to commercial performance efficiency.
• Coordinate regularly with Department Heads to ensure effective stock management, including stock value, out-of-stock situations, orders, and timely merchandise deliveries.
• Supervise the ongoing service and maintenance of the supermarket’s assets.
• Oversee the enhancement of hygiene standards and the supermarket's safety and security.

Experience Required

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
