About the Role

W Hotels is seeking a Style-Coord-Housekeeping professional to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting Housekeeping management in daily operations and coordinating efforts across various departments to ensure efficient room management and guest satisfaction. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Run sold room reports, verify room status, and identify discrepant rooms.
• Prioritize room cleaning and update the status of departing guest rooms.
• Act as a liaison to coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Document and resolve issues related to discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
• Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff.
• Record, monitor, and update the list of ‘Do Not Disturb' rooms.
• Ensure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the required time and assign rush rooms or rooms previously on the ‘Do Not Disturb' list.
• Complete all necessary Housekeeping paperwork.
• Follow company safety and security policies, report maintenance issues or hazards, and complete safety training.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, ensure confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Welcome guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, and ensure adherence to quality expectations.
• Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and communicate professionally with colleagues.
• Enter and locate work-related information using computers.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
