About the Opportunity

AECOM, a trusted global infrastructure consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Survey Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and analysis of various surveys, while leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality research insights.

Role Summary

The Survey Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of survey projects, ensuring methodological rigor and alignment with research objectives. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong analytical capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop survey instruments, ensuring methodological rigor and alignment with research objectives.
• Manage end-to-end survey projects, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and budget oversight.
• Oversee data collection processes and implement quality assurance protocols to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Analyze survey data using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
• Lead and mentor survey team members, providing guidance on best practices and professional development.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project success.
• Monitor survey performance metrics and continuously optimize methodologies to improve response rates and data quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements in all survey activities.
• Maintain and evaluate survey software platforms and tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in survey design, implementation, and analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency in statistical methods and tools for survey data analysis.

Work Setting and Employment Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. AECOM is committed to a secure recruitment process. All newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.
