This full-time position is based in Riyadh and focuses on managing the end-to-end recruitment process for roles within the region. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in recruitment.

Testinginisb holds responsibility for the complete recruitment lifecycle for Riyadh-based positions, encompassing candidate sourcing, selection, collaboration with hiring managers, and ensuring timely hires while providing an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Fill open roles efficiently within agreed timelines.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Contribute to improving time-to-hire and enhancing the quality of hires.
• Ensure accuracy in job descriptions and candidate screening processes.
• Deliver excellent communication and a positive experience for all candidates.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5–10 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in end-to-end hiring processes.
• Experience recruiting within the Riyadh and wider KSA markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of hiring processes.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Competence in interviewing and assessment techniques.
• Ability to write effective job descriptions and scorecards.
• Understanding of HR compliance and documentation.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Adept at relationship building.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong sense of process ownership and accountability.
