Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

CleanLife is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Human Resources team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on attracting and identifying qualified talent to meet the organization’s workforce needs. The specialist will ensure compliance with approved recruitment policies and procedures throughout the hiring cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from initial manpower requests to offer acceptance.
• Prepare and publish job vacancies across various recruitment platforms and professional networks, including LinkedIn and Taqat.
• Proactively source qualified candidates using multiple channels such as CV databases, professional networks, recruitment agencies, and direct sourcing.
• Screen CVs and evaluate candidates against job requirements and established selection criteria.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant departments.
• Participate in interviews and accurately document candidate assessments and interview outcomes.
• Prepare and issue employment offers, and follow up with selected candidates through the acceptance process.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and talent pool for future hiring requirements.
• Support Employer Branding initiatives and contribute to building a positive company reputation in the labor market.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi labor regulations and applicable recruitment requirements throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates on recruitment status and key hiring metrics.
• Support international recruitment and overseas hiring, including coordination with approved recruitment agencies and offices.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related HR role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full recruitment cycle.
• Understanding of Saudi labor regulations and recruitment best practices.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Human Resources team at CleanLife.
