Technical Architectural Engineer

About the Role

ESCO Global is seeking a Technical Architectural Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a skilled and detail-oriented professional with significant experience in hospitality fit-out projects, joinery detailing, and FF&E coordination.

Role Overview

The Technical Architectural Engineer will be responsible for the technical coordination and execution of architectural and joinery elements within hospitality projects. This includes managing shop drawings, FF&E specifications, and ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural and joinery shop drawings.
• Manage FF&E technical coordination, specifications, and procurement requirements.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure technical submissions and site execution comply with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience of 5-10 years in hotel and hospitality projects is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in joinery shop drawings, detailing, and material specifications.
• Hands-on experience in FF&E coordination and procurement.
• Experience in 4- and 5-star hotel projects is a strong advantage.

Required Skills

• Excellent coordination skills with design, MEP, suppliers, and site teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
