About the Tendering Specialist Role

Ambatt (الأمباط القابضة) is seeking a Tendering Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing the complete tender process from identification to submission. The specialist will play a crucial role in preparing compliant and competitive bids for the company.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Tendering Specialist will oversee the end-to-end tender lifecycle. This involves identifying relevant opportunities, meticulously reviewing tender documents, and coordinating internal inputs from various departments. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather necessary technical, commercial, and legal information, ensuring all tender responses are prepared accurately and submitted on time.

Drafting and refining proposals to meet tender specifications.
Maintaining comprehensive tender documentation and databases.
Tracking the status of ongoing tenders and managing deadlines.
Supporting post-submission clarifications and negotiations.
Collaborating with procurement and finance teams to align pricing strategies.
Analyzing tender requirements and evaluating outcomes to inform future strategies.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of tendering processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should demonstrate a proven track record in tender management and possess the following qualifications:

Experience handling complete tender cycles and coordinating effectively with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Prior experience in tendering, bids, proposals, or contracts, with a preference for backgrounds in construction, industrial, or holding company environments.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently in a fast-paced work setting.

Experience Level

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in tendering or a related field is required for this position.
