About the Bid Specialist Role at GO Telecom

GO Telecom (قو للاتصالات) is seeking a dedicated Bid Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to managing the company's bid and proposal processes, ensuring all submissions are professional, compliant, and delivered efficiently.

Role Overview

The Bid Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management of bid preparation and submission. This involves close collaboration with various internal teams to develop accurate and compelling proposals that meet customer requirements and adhere to strict deadlines. The position requires strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage all necessary bid documents, including RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, legal, and technical departments, to gather essential information and inputs.
• Draft clear, concise, and persuasive proposals tailored to specific customer needs.
• Coordinate the timely submission of bids, ensuring all deadlines are consistently met.
• Identify potential risks associated with bids and work with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies.
• Participate in post-bid debriefs to analyze outcomes and contribute to the continuous improvement of the bidding process.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience, with at least 1-3 years specifically in bid or proposal management.
• Experience within the Telecom industry is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective proposal writing and team collaboration.
