The Role of Trade Marketing Manager

Baazeem Trading Company is seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to lead the trade marketing strategy and execution for its private label brands. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving brand growth, distribution, visibility, and in-store execution, working closely with Sales, Category, and other internal teams to enhance the performance of the company's own brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies specifically for the company’s private label brands.
• Build annual trade marketing plans that align with sales and brand growth objectives.
• Develop channel-specific plans across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Wholesale, and other relevant channels.
• Plan and execute promotions, trade activities, product launches, and in-store visibility initiatives.
• Drive distribution, availability, visibility, and execution of priority SKUs.
• Develop and implement merchandising standards and Perfect Store guidelines.
• Manage trade marketing budgets and evaluate the ROI of promotional activities.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand penetration, market share, and channel performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Category teams on assortment, pricing, promotions, and execution priorities.
• Monitor execution in the market to ensure agreed trade plans are implemented effectively.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant trade marketing role. The salary for this position will be disclosed during the interview process.
