About the Role

TawanTech is seeking a Transaction Banking Digital Transformation SME to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is central to driving digital initiatives and strategic projects within the transaction banking domain.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this position is to enhance transaction banking capabilities through the implementation of innovative digital solutions and comprehensive process optimization. The SME will play a key role in shaping the future of transaction banking services.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure escrow models for real estate, marketplaces, project finance, and M&A transactions.
• Ensure legal documentation and regulatory alignment for all initiatives.
• Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop robust risk control and dispute handling frameworks.
• Map end-to-end onboarding processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) and implement API-enabled onboarding solutions.
• Design digital KYC & AML workflows, digital account opening processes, and customer journey redesigns.
• Implement virtual IBAN structures and tagging logic.
• Develop automated reconciliation models.
• Optimize customer experience (CX) across transaction banking services.
• Drive document digitization and workflow automation initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory compliance, including SAMA standards.
• Architect Corporate Internet Banking (BIB) and ERP integration solutions.
• Establish Host-to-Host (H2H) connectivity.
• Manage ISO 20022 & SWIFT message formats.
• Integrate B2B & Supply Chain Platforms, embedded finance within supply chain flows, and Supply Chain Finance integration models.
• Enable digital trade capabilities.
• Increase fee-based income through trade & transaction fees.
• Develop cross-sell strategies for financing and cash management products.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated expertise combining product, integration, regulatory, risk, and ecosystem knowledge.
• A minimum of 15 years of professional experience, specifically within the Saudi Market, is required.
