This full-time position for a Trauma Product Specialist is based in Riyadh and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role involves executing marketing strategies and tactical plans to promote Smith+Nephew's product superiority within the trauma division.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Product Specialist will coordinate with Regional Marketing Managers to drive revenue and market share for the division. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer relations with major accounts and relaying customer requirements back to the company. This role involves direct sales of patented devices and implants to leading surgeons in operating theatres.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
• Conduct product presentations for various customer levels, including physicians, nurses, purchasers, and decision-makers.
• Provide product training.
• Assist in identifying and assessing field and marketing support needs, making recommendations to management as appropriate.
• Maintain strong relationships with Business Unit staff and regional marketing managers.
• Serve as a communication link between the marketing organization and the Business Unit to resolve problems, quality issues, manufacturing defects, and other related concerns.
• Be present in the operating theatre to assist or advise physicians on Smith+Nephew product implantation, usage, and techniques.
• Facilitate the implementation and adoption of marketing strategies, tactics, and customer education programs at the country level.
