Keeta is seeking a Treasury Operations Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for managing treasury operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Role Overview

The Treasury Operations Specialist will be responsible for a range of treasury functions, including banking and account management, payment processing, system and process development, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations. The role requires 2-5 years of experience, with a preference for candidates experienced in global treasury management within a multinational corporation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of various accounts, including bank, securities, and third-party payment accounts, from opening to closure.
• Address and resolve KYC/compliance issues and ensure the normal status of global accounts.
• Oversee cross-border transaction settlements and resolve related issues across multiple countries.
• Optimize payment routing for efficiency and security, while adhering to AML, sanctions, and other regulatory requirements.
• Identify and assess manual process risks, collaborating with product and engineering teams to implement system-based solutions.
• Develop and refine standardized overseas treasury operating procedures and continuously optimize payment and account management workflows.
• Establish robust internal control measures and ensure effective segregation of duties to mitigate operational and fraud risks.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end close and audit activities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banks, securities companies, and financial regulators.
• Collaborate with domestic teams and complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of global treasury management experience is required. Candidates with a treasury management background at a multinational corporation or headquarters are preferred.
• Domain Knowledge: Proficiency in international settlement, familiarity with cash management products from major global banks, and an understanding of foreign exchange regulations in key markets.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring close collaboration with both local and international teams to ensure efficient and compliant treasury operations.
