About the Role

VaporVM is seeking a Unified Communication Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves designing and implementing robust Unified Communication (UC) infrastructure to support various communication tools, including IVR, voice, video, and collaboration platforms. The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Overview

The Unified Communication Engineer will be responsible for the technical design and implementation of the UC environment, with a particular focus on IVR-enabled solutions. This includes managing the integration of IVR with voice and collaboration platforms, configuring call flows, and optimizing the infrastructure for performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of the UC environment, with a focus on IVR-enabled solutions.
• Manage end-to-end integration of IVR with voice and collaboration platforms.
• Configure call flows, gateways, and session management.
• Optimize the UC infrastructure for performance, redundancy, and disaster recovery.
• Conduct interoperability testing with endpoints and IVR applications.
• Monitor system health and performance.
• Support deployment and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in Unified Communication engineering or a related field.
