About the Waiter and Barista Role

AlBabtain Group of Companies is seeking a Waiter and Barista to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to daily operations, focusing on delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverage preparation.

Role Overview

The Waiter and Barista will engage directly with customers, providing menu recommendations and insights while preparing a range of beverages, including specialty coffees. This role requires a commitment to maintaining service standards and contributing positively to customer satisfaction and loyalty within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and offer recommendations tailored to their preferences.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including specialty coffees, utilizing professional equipment and established techniques.
• Accurately take customer orders and efficiently enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure timely service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of both the dining area and the barista station, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, managing cash and credit transactions to provide a smooth checkout experience for guests.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages, managing customer expectations and enhancing service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a waiter or barista role.
• Demonstrated passion for coffee culture and beverage preparation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced service environment.

Compensation and Employment Details

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The salary for this role ranges from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625.
