كأخصائي اكتساب المواهب بدوام كامل، ستلعب دورًا حيويًا في جهود النمو والتطوير لدينا. ستتضمن مسؤولياتك الأساسية استقطاب الموظفين بالكامل، وتعزيز علامة صاحب العمل، وإجراء المقابلات، وجذب أفضل المواهب للانضمام إلى منظمتنا.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • إدارة عملية التوظيف بالكامل من البحث إلى توظيف المرشحين المؤهلين
  • إجراء المقابلات وتنسيق عمليات التوظيف
  • التعاون مع مديري التوظيف لتحديد احتياجات التوظيف
  • تنفيذ استراتيجيات لعلامة صاحب العمل واستقطاب المواهب
  • البقاء على اطلاع بقوانين وأنظمة الموارد البشرية لضمان الامتثال

المؤهلات:
  • خبرة في استقطاب الموظفين بالكامل وعلامة صاحب العمل
  • مهارات قوية في المقابلات والتوظيف
  • مهارات تواصل وبناء علاقات ممتازة
  • تجربة في صناعة التموين أو الضيافة تعتبر ميزة
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو مجال ذي صلة

  • Training and Coaching: Mentor junior talent acquisition team members and conduct training sessions on effective hiring practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
