Tawtead announces the availability of a job opportunity for the position of “Operations and Human Resources Coordinator” to join our dynamic team.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinating recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Managing employee records, tracking attendance and leave, and ensuring databases are updated.
Processing financial transactions, such as preparing payrolls and following up on accounts receivable and payable.
Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborating between different departments to ensure operations run efficiently and effectively.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
At least two years of experience in human resources, operations, or accounting fields.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to handle information confidentially and professionally.
Knowledge of labor laws and basic accounting procedures.
