Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits and relations.
- Support management in developing HR strategies and policies.
- Oversee HR operations and manage Saudization requirements.
- Build relationships with government authorities regarding HR matters.
- Communicate effectively with employees in Arabic and English.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law and Saudization regulations.
- Strong government relations experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
