About the Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking a Legal Specialist for a client in the real estate sector. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves providing legal support, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Role Overview

The Legal Specialist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive legal support to the company. This includes drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, preparing legal memoranda, and ensuring the company's adherence to applicable laws and regulations. The role aims to protect company interests and mitigate legal risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and review commercial and real estate contracts and agreements.
• Draft legal memoranda and follow up on legal cases as needed.
• Provide legal consultations to various departments within the company.
• Review legal risks and ensure compliance with regulations and bylaws.
• Coordinate with government entities and legal advisors when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Regulations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal affairs.
• Practical experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
• Experience in preparing legal memoranda.
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
• Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
