Join Our Team as a Sales Associate!
We are looking for exceptional Sales Associates to drive stellar sales performance in our new flagship boutique located on Olaya Street in Riyadh. As a key member of our team, your efforts will contribute to reaching monthly sales targets while delivering the royal customer service that the House of Mouawad is renowned for.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and provide excellent customer service alongside detailed product knowledge to enhance sales.
  • Prepare the boutique for incoming customers by maintaining cleanliness, checking displays, and conducting inventory checks at the start of each shift.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and impeccable grooming standards.
  • Professionally manage price negotiations in alignment with Mouawad’s Discount Policy.
  • Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to promote other Mouawad branches when possible.
  • Compile daily sales and cash reports for management.
  • Ensure showroom displays are organized according to the 5S methodology.
  • Attend events and exhibitions as assigned by management.
  • Secure the jewelry at the end of the day by removing it from the showcase, placing it in the safe, and locking the room.
  • Build and nurture great relationships with customers.
  • Gather and report market and customer insights while engaging with clients.
  • Meet the sales targets as communicated by the showroom manager.
  • Support team members during sales by providing necessary tools and monitoring jewelry.
  • Participate in team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in high jewellery sales is essential.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • People-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Able to network, negotiate, and work well in a team environment.
