About the Role
As a Sales Specialist focused on lead engagement for Saudi language and cultural services, you will participate in the entire lead lifecycle, from initial outreach and qualification to persuasive presentations and successful deal closure. This hybrid role blends closing B2C and B2B sales.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with all leads generated through the company’s marketing channels at each step of their journey through the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct free trial sessions for prospective clients online and in-person.
  • Follow up with leads who attend our free trial sessions, through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email, to convert them into paying customers.
  • Explain our pricing plans, session formats, and learning outcomes to potential clients.
  • Manage and update sales pipelines for both B2C and corporate clients on CRM.
  • Coordinate with the operations teams for smooth onboarding of new clients whenever needed.
  • Contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Located in Riyadh.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • 13 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong English communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident, creative, and comfortable talking to people with various backgrounds and nationalities.
  • Strong interest in languages, education, or cultural learning is a plus.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments.
