About the Role

Namaa Partners is seeking a Performance Analyst to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, remote position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The role involves analyzing financial and operational data for client's subsidiary companies to provide clear insights for consultants to base their recommendations on.

Namaa Partners is a management consulting firm based in Oklahoma City, working with institutional groups and family businesses in Saudi Arabia. The firm's clients operate across various sectors, including energy, industry, financial services, and real estate. This role supports Saudi Arabian clients, and while the position is remote, the work schedule aligns with the time difference between Riyadh and Oklahoma City.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect performance data from client subsidiaries and ensure its completeness.
• Compare actual results against budgets and explain variances.
• Develop performance indicator dashboards for each subsidiary.
• Analyze cost structures and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare tables and graphs for board presentations.
• Monitor the implementation of approved performance improvement plans and update figures monthly.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Statistics.
• Analytical experience gained from previous work or cooperative training.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.

Preferred Qualifications
