Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of staff accommodation, ensuring cleanliness and comfort.
- Coordinate with the People & Culture team for housing allocation based on departmental needs.
- Monitor maintenance of housing facilities and address issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and hotel policies.
- Maintain records of accommodation assignments and occupancy.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff regarding housing concerns.
- Manage housing budget effectively, ensuring quality without compromising costs.
- Organize cleaning schedules and refurbishments of accommodation.
- Foster a sense of community within the staff accommodation environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel management or staff accommodation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of housing regulations and safety standards.
- Problem-solving skills and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed.
