Job OverviewEwaa Hotels is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead the team at our prestigious property in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise hotel revenue and profitability while controlling operational costs.
- Lead, train, and motivate the hotel team to deliver outstanding levels of guest service.
- Manage hotel budgets, financial plans, and control expenditure.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and queries, ensuring swift and effective resolutions to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong presence in the local market and build relationships with clients, suppliers, and the community.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong focus on customer service with a track record of exceeding guest expectations.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel management best practices and relevant regulations.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Fluency in English And Arabic is essential.
