About the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished and visionary
Hotel General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, drive financial performance, and elevate guest experience across all aspects of our property. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in hospitality management, strategic business growth, and people development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel operations to ensure efficient daily performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, operational goals, and performance metrics (KPIs) across departments to drive financial and service excellence.
- Oversee all HR-related functions including recruitment, promotions, performance management, and succession planning to build a high-performing team.
- Monitor and analyze financial results, identifying opportunities to optimize revenue, control costs, and improve profit margins.
- Foster a culture of service excellence, team engagement, and accountability, ensuring adherence to brand standards and guest satisfaction goals.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key business partners, vendors, and community stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation and market presence.
- Oversee compliance with legal, regulatory, and health & safety requirements, ensuring the highest operational and ethical standards.
- Lead major projects and capital improvements to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, integrating sustainability and environmental responsibility into daily operations.
- Prepare, manage, and report on annual budgets, business plans, and performance analytics for senior leadership review.
- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently upholding company values, culture, and commitment to service excellence.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 5–7 years in senior management or executive leadership roles.
- Proven record of achieving operational excellence, driving financial growth, and building high-performing teams in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
