Job Objective:The Financial Manager is responsible for implementing policies and procedures to safeguard the company’s funds. This includes supervising financial analysis, ensuring compliance with financial operations, and maintaining records according to approved regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Propose and supervise the company’s annual budget.
- Review and approve disbursement documents.
- Ensure the safety of financial records and documents.
- Submit regular reports to the General Manager.
- Monitor company investments and prepare periodic reports.
- Oversee payroll and ensure compliance.
- Train finance staff and manage departmental tasks.
Work Environment:This is an office-based position that necessitates frequent interaction with the General Manager and team members from other departments.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:- Minimum of 10 years in financial and accounting roles.
- At least 4 years as a Financial Manager in contracting or real estate.
- Experience with budgeting and payroll accounting.
- Skilled in financial statement analysis and ERP systems (*, Odoo).
Competencies and Skills:- Managerial and supervisory skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in report preparation.
