This vital role is designed for individuals eager to support our administrative operations while contributing to the seamless functioning of our office environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily office tasks, managing correspondence.
  • Organize office files and records, both physical and electronic.
  • Prepare and edit various documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and orders.
  • Support office staff and departments as needed.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports and maintain organized documentation.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for executives, employees, and clients.
  • Assist in visa application processes ensuring accuracy in documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with government support programs.
  • Handle additional tasks as requested by partners and managers.

Knowledge & Experience:
  • Recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
