Join our team at Bureau Veritas Group as a Receptionist!

As part of our dedicated admin team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Greet and welcome guests, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answer telephone calls, screen and direct them appropriately.
  • Provide accurate information to callers.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
  • Support with general administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Prepare letters and documents as needed.
  • Arrange transportation and hotel accommodations for staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Proficient in computer use, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
