We are looking for a motivated individual who can help us maintain effective administrative operations while providing excellent service to our clients and guests.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Greet and welcome guests, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer telephone calls, screen and direct them appropriately.
- Provide accurate information to callers.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Support with general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Prepare letters and documents as needed.
- Arrange transportation and hotel accommodations for staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proficient in computer use, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
