Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations to create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Set and monitor sales targets to ensure store revenue and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to excel in customer service and product knowledge.
- Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize loss.
- Implement effective merchandising and visual strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Address customer issues quickly and empathetically to maintain satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Collaborate with management and marketing teams on initiatives and local events.
- Prepare performance reports, sales forecasts, and team development recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of retail management or senior assistant experience.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and commercial skills.
- Proficient in POS and inventory management.
- Fluent in Arabic with a good command of English preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally when necessary.
