Join Nice One as a Store Manager in Taif! In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving store operations, enhancing sales performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will collaborate closely with your team, ensuring a customer-focused environment while meeting your commercial goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations to create a welcoming shopping environment.
Set and monitor sales targets to ensure store revenue and profitability.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to excel in customer service and product knowledge.
Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize loss.
Implement effective merchandising and visual strategies to enhance customer engagement.
Address customer issues quickly and empathetically to maintain satisfaction and brand reputation.
Collaborate with management and marketing teams on initiatives and local events.
Prepare performance reports, sales forecasts, and team development recommendations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of retail management or senior assistant experience.
Strong leadership, analytical, and commercial skills.
Proficient in POS and inventory management.
Fluent in Arabic with a good command of English preferred.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally when necessary.
