About the Business Improvement Consultant Role

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) is seeking a Business Improvement Consultant to direct enterprise-wide initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency and driving transformational change. This full-time position, based in Dhahran, requires a strategic thinker capable of developing sophisticated processes that align with organizational goals. The consultant will lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements to support strategic objectives, ultimately ensuring sustained business growth and competitive advantage. A minimum of 10 years of experience is required for this role.

Strategic Contribution and Development

In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities for process enhancements that align with long-term organizational objectives. Utilizing data-driven analysis, you will recommend innovative solutions designed to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the enterprise. Operational Improvement and Implementation

The Business Improvement Consultant will mentor cross-departmental teams to identify, analyze, and resolve complex business process issues. This includes conducting advanced process analyses to pinpoint inefficiencies and developing innovative solutions. You will be responsible for establishing and promoting best practices in process management throughout the organization and directing the change management process to ensure the seamless implementation of new processes. Furthermore, the role involves leading ongoing benchmarking studies to compare process performance against industry leaders.
