Lead Engineer Demand Planning

About the Role

ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Al-Jubail is seeking a Lead Engineer, Demand Planning to join their team in Dhahran. This full-time role focuses on translating drilling plans into demand models and managing inventory and replenishment processes within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate drilling plans and rig schedules into Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) demand models.
• Manage safety stock levels and replenishment logic to ensure continuous supply.
• Guide ARAMCO on the issuance of Replenishment Orders (ROs).
• Align mill production schedules with real consumption signals to optimize inventory flow.
• Monitor inventory across various locations, including yard, in-transit, and mill.
• Act as the primary customer-facing VMI focal point, managing direct interactions.
• Trigger call-offs and coordinate material movement within the VMI Supply Chain.
• Own demand planning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly reports using digital tools.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, contributing to the strategic demand planning functions of ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Al-Jubail.
