Job Purpose
To achieve sales of the Company’s products through an assigned group of retail outlets and commercial houses. This role aims to ensure that set volume targets are achieved within prescribed time limits and to contribute to total area achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve the greatest possible return to the company from the use of promotional funds.
  • Deploy display material and point of sales aids to generate the greatest impact on the customer.
  • Evaluate and report all changed situations, trade and competitive activity to ensure Company maintains market awareness.
  • Enhance relationships with all colleagues in assigned outlets and commercial houses, motivating them in all matters affecting the Company’s business.
  • Complete administration accurately and effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • High school level of education or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience/training in sales with a recognized airline or travel agency.
  • Management experience at a junior level, with an ability to act on their own initiative.
  • A pleasant, outgoing personality with good inter-personal skills.
  • Possess a valid local driving license.
  • Good knowledge of the local travel markets.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications.

Must have the right to live and work in KSA.

  • Conduct market analysis to keep updated on the latest trends and provide recommendations based on sales data.
  • Execute effective marketing strategies to showcase properties to a wider audience.
  • Participate in continuous professional development programs.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets as aligned with company policies.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems swiftly.

The position is based in Dammam with a competitive salary and commissions. Working hours are 8 hours a day with one day off per week. Experience in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan projects, is a priority.
