About the Role

Kerten Hospitality is seeking a Cigar Lounge Waitress for Dar Tantora, The House Hotel, located in Al Ula’s Old Town, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based within an exclusive community featuring 30 rooms, two F&B outlets, a spa, and bespoke retail stores, aiming to establish a sustainable heritage eco-sanctuary.

Role Context

The Cigar Lounge Waitress will be responsible for providing attentive service to guests within the cigar lounge. This includes assisting with cigar selection, preparation, and serving beverages and food items, ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction and maintaining the lounge environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon their arrival at the lounge.
• Assist guests in selecting cigars, offering recommendations on flavor profiles, strengths, and suitable beverage pairings.
• Provide assistance with cutting and lighting cigars, ensuring correct technique and equipment use.
• Maintain a well-stocked humidor and assist guests with browsing and purchasing cigars.
• Take orders for beverages and food, delivering them promptly to guests' tables.
• Prepare and serve drinks, including mocktails and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any requests or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the lounge, seating areas, and cigar displays.
• Uphold health and safety standards, including proper cigar handling and adherence to smoking regulations.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth lounge operations and exceptional guest service.
