About the Role

Anan Real Estate Company is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team in Al Qatif, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves managing client interactions and driving sales of real estate properties, with a focus on land and development plans. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive clients at the sales center and respond to inquiries via approved communication channels.
• Identify client needs, budget, and purchase intent, then recommend suitable land plots.
• Accurately explain project features, location, services, plot areas, prices, and terms of sale and payment.
• Organize and accompany clients on field visits to view available land plots.
• Address client objections, negotiate within approved authorities, and finalize sales.
• Follow up with prospective and past clients, converting inquiries and visits into reservations and sales.
• Record client data and update sales stages, communication outcomes, and follow-up dates in the CRM system.
• Build and develop professional relationships with real estate offices, brokers, banks, and financing entities to support sales opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and submit regular reports on existing opportunities, sales results, and reasons for uncompleted sales.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in land and development plan sales.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, objection handling, and sales closing.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and essential business tools.
• Ability to understand and clearly and accurately explain real estate product details.
• Commitment to follow-up, time management, and delivering quality customer service.
• Willingness to work physically according to the sales center schedule, including evenings and weekends as required by work arrangements.
