About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels (KSA) is seeking an HVAC Technician to join the pre-opening Engineering team at Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, located in Umluj and Al Wajh. This full-time role is integral to maintaining the comfort and operational efficiency of the resort's facilities, contributing directly to the guest experience and residential living standards.

Role Overview and Contribution

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within the Golf Villas and Resort Residences. Your primary objective will be to ensure optimal comfort, consistent air quality, and reliable system performance across all residential and support areas. You will collaborate closely with the Engineering team to provide proactive maintenance services and respond efficiently to any system issues, ensuring uninterrupted comfort for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems within Golf Villas and Resort Residences.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on air conditioning, ventilation, and cooling systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system faults, ensuring timely repairs.
• Monitor system performance to ensure optimal temperature, humidity, and air quality levels.
• Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and comply with safety and environmental standards.
• Support the maintenance of chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), split units, and central plant systems.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate with Engineering team members for planned maintenance activities.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.

Area of Responsibility

The HVAC Technician's scope of work encompasses the Golf Villas, Resort Residences, and all associated Engineering and mechanical plant areas throughout the resort.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. A strong technical understanding of various HVAC components and systems is required to effectively manage the responsibilities outlined.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based at the Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, covering the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh in the Red Sea region. The role requires a commitment to maintaining high operational standards within a luxury resort environment.
