Sales Manager, Four Seasons Red Sea & Amaala
Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead proactive sales efforts for its upcoming luxury properties in The Red Sea and Amaala. This full-time position focuses on driving sales across various segments for the resorts located in the region between Umluj and Al Wajh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.
The Red Sea Destination and Resort Overview
The Red Sea destination is an emerging luxury beachside area spanning 200 kilometers of coastline in western Saudi Arabia, situated between Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, serving as the central hub of the development. This island will feature a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail outlets, and an 18-hole golf course. The destination emphasizes sustainable practices and tourism, with a masterplan designed to minimize environmental impact. The resort will operate on renewable energy and dedicate expansive zones to conservation.
The Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, each with uninterrupted views of white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. Amenities include six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery center, a Kids for All Seasons area, a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two distinct beaches for families and adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead proactive sales efforts across leisure, MICE, corporate, and luxury group segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel advisors, tour operators, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and corporate partners.
- Participate in trade shows, roadshows, client events, and sales missions to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of resort facilities, features, and services.
- Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to align messaging, promotions, and property positioning within the global luxury market.
- Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, contracting, revenue forecasting, and account management.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, competitor analysis, and performance metrics to leadership.
- Support the pre-opening phase by contributing to database development, system configuration, sales strategies, and market launch activities.
- Actively promote Four Seasons AMAALA at Triple Bay and Four Seasons RED SEA, Shura Island standards of service and guest experience in every client interaction.
- Work closely with Revenue Management and Reservations to ensure optimal rate strategies and availability.
- Represent the resort in a professional and engaging manner aligned with the Four Seasons brand.
Required Experience and Skills
Candidates for this role should have 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector. The position requires a proven ability to manage complex sales processes, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to strategic market positioning. Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
